CyberATS is operated by IntelFinder. This page describes the behavior of the public CyberATS website. Customer applications, takedown case data, and commercial agreements have their own operating and contractual context.
The website serves its fonts, logos, illustrations, styles, and scripts locally. This implementation does not add advertising pixels, analytics scripts, or a site tracking cookie. It does not store a browsing profile or a persistent booking preference in your browser.
The web server may keep standard connection and access logs. Retention and access to those logs are controlled by the website operator.
The CyberATS contact form collects your name, email address, optional company name, selected topic, and message. We email these details to our team so we can respond to your enquiry. You submit the form on this website.
The form uses a temporary session cookie to protect your submission. It is scoped to this website, cannot be read by JavaScript, and is sent over HTTPS when you use an HTTPS connection. It is used for form security, not tracking.
The form runs an automatic security check in your browser while you fill it out. The check uses files from this website and is verified by our server. It does not connect to an external CAPTCHA provider or send your connection information to one. The check expires after ten minutes and can only be used once.
To prevent automated and repeated submissions, the form keeps request times and keyed hashes of connection addresses, email addresses, and message content in private security records. These records do not include your raw address, message, credentials, or security answer. Old attempt records and security logs are periodically removed. The enquiry itself is delivered by email rather than saved in a website enquiry database.
The contact page has one link to book a conversation on Calendly for the CyberATS and IntelFinder team. The website does not embed the calendar or load Calendly resources on a page visit.
When you open the booking link, Calendly receives connection information and any details you choose to submit. See Calendly’s privacy notice for how that service handles information.
Use the contact page to reach the team about this website or ask how your enquiry information is handled. Please keep credentials and confidential incident information out of public website enquiries.
